photograph workers in Cheltenham high streets

This guy works in my most favorite shop in Cheltenham. The shop is called rise and it sells everything from records and vinyls to reworked vintage clothing, to photography books, to cameras. Its such a unique shop with a chilled out vibe that  I found was perfect for this task. This dude was really into me doing the task darting about different places that would look good for me to photograph him in.

I wanted to get all of the people as though they were continuing with their normal activities as though I knew nothing was exadurated or forced.

I decided to hit my favorite shops on the high street for this task which ofcourse are charity shops! This one I found was all very blue, I told the woman that I love charity shops and I wanted to capture volunteers working as well as normal shop assistants purely because they take their time out to work for nothing, this lady was so up for it, asking Libby to pretend to be a customer buying a bracelet.

Scaramooshe would have been the best shop for me to get photos of no matter how poor quality the lighting was, unfortunately though, the assistant and manager weren't keen on the idea and insisted I only took a photo of the shop, I managed to sneak an assistant into the corner however couldn't get all of the fine decor in behind her without her noticing, you win some you lose some eh?
